Thus, the Law foresees that “a person who has committed a criminal offence outside the territory of Latvia, on an aircraft, or a sea or river vessel or other floating means of conveyance, if this means of conveyance is registered in the Republic of Latvia and if it is not provided otherwise in international agreements binding upon the Republic of Latvia, shall be held liable in accordance with this Law”.
Рабочая группа также приняла к сведению переданное ей правительством Германии предложение о возможной унификации стандартов на ходовые огни морских и речных судов и просила свой вспомогательный орган- Рабочую группу SC.3/WP.3- рассмотреть этот вопрос и решить, следует ли вносить какие-либо поправки в соответствующие приложения к ЕПСВВП, которыми устанавливались бы общеевропейские стандарты на ходовые огни судов внутреннего плавания.
The Working Party took note also of the proposal transmitted to it by the Government of Germany concerning possible unification of standards for navigation lights of sea-going and river vessels and asked its subsidiary body, the Working Party SC.3/WP.3, to consider this question and see if any amendments should be made to the relevant annexes of CEVNI setting up all-European standards for navigation lights of inland navigation vessels.
